The Game That Never has An End
Exactly..!! those who CHOOSE to control and hurt others in any way, shape or form are extremely weak and insecure, but they try to hide this by being loud and oppressing to others.
Those with internal Ego, Pride and Selfishness issues are the one's contsantly feel the need to Belittle, Degrade, Disrespect, Use and Abuse others.
Their Words mean Absolutely Nothing, they only Love themselves and only care about their Win, Gain and Well Being.
The six Dimensions of Rest
Mental Rest - Take a break from thinking. Try meditation or a quiet walk.
Physical Rest - Rest your body. Sleep well, stretch, exercise gently, or just relax.
Emotional Rest - Be true to your feelings. Say No when you're tired.
Social Rest - Recharge alone and rebuild yourself from within.
Spiritual Rest - Find meaning. Practice mindfulness or spend time in nature.
Sensory Rest - Unplug from screens. Enjoy some quiet time.
Truth Hurts: The Love Behind Brutal Honesty
Respect those who tell you the ugly truth, not those who tell you beautiful lies. The truth, though it may hurt, is spoken from the place of love and concern, a desire to see you grow and thrive. It is the hand that pulls you up when you're stumbling, the light that guides you through the darkness of self-deception.
Those who speak the truth care deeply about your journey and wants to see you rise above challenges. Beautiful lies, on the other hand, are like a warm but fleeting embrace --- comforting in the moment, but leaving you cold and alone when reality sets in. They keep you trapped in a world of illusions, disconnected from the strength you could have if only you faced the truth. In a world where many choose the easy path of deceit, hold close who love you enough to be honest, even when it hurts. They are the ones who truly have your heart in mind.
When you fully trust someone, without any doubt, you finally get one of two results; A Person for Life or A Lesson for Life.
