- Strives to rely on another person because you feel safe with them and have confidence that they will not hurt or violate you.

- Allows you to open up the person without having to defensive protect yourself. 

VULNERABILITY

- Taking a risk. There is chance of getting hurt, but they will loose their defense and dismantle the barricade.

- Open up even you may fear that someone knows your biggest insecurities, fears, secrets, they may think differently of us or reject us.

INTIMACY

- Feeling of closeness, connectedness and togetherness.

- Sharing our deepest thoughts and emotions, letting your guard down.
